preaching test!

it's was really fun! 5 min, 3 pts sermon preachg on faith or evangelism.

faith was e topic i chose.

this challenge really got me gg and motivated me to dig into e word of god and into books. most imptly, thk god for e revelation which definitely helped me alot in relatg and haf my pts conveyed in e sermon. was so nervous before evrythg began, but i thk god for givg me e peace. when evrythg was over, it's a relief. =)

was very encouraged by serena and chienthye's mum tt they really got sthg out of it, sthg different and out of a personal revelation. they added on sayg tt this could be translated into a chinese sermon to preach to e chinese. =)

i talked abt "3 things on how to build up ur faith?"

Pro 4:20-22

#1: HEARING e Word of God. Rom 10:17

- hearg e word of god has e effect of giving faith.

- mix tt word wif faith for it to be of any value to u.

#2: FOCUS & FIX ur eyes on e Word of God. Heb 12:2

- faith is birthed in our hearts by visions from god.

#3: MEDITATING on e Word of God. James 1:21

- god's word is self-fulfillg, as u meditate on e promises of god, faith fills ur spirit.

In conclusion,

- it is impt to build up our faith so that we would believe what god is saying to us.

- god would speak to us at our level of faith. so if we continue to build our faith, god is able to speak to us at a greater level.
