what a terrible night i've went thru. all of a sudden, sharp pain in my abdomen area runng up and down. such pain havent been comg back for quite some time alr.

i guess i was posioned by food, or for some other reasons which i dunno. struggling in pain totally worried myself abt wads happeng and tensed myself up to be in greater pain.

finally i've vomited out and was so tired. wantg to slp but yet e pain is still torturing me when i lie flat. all i could do was to slp in a sitting posture thruout e nite. how pathetic. =(
